Nubar California Dreamin' Giveaway Winner!

Hello ladies,

The time arrived to select a winner for the Nubar California Dreamin' Giveaway. My loyal helper was ready to assist in the process.

Meet Max: a white, purebred German Shepherd. He is also affectionately known as 'Mixie' and 'Fluffy Bunny'.

Above are 955 hand written contest entries gathered on a decorative plate. To appeal to our judge, we placed two hot dogs cut into rounds beneath the entries.

Max is rather intent to begin the judging.

Max begins to inspect the entries.

And is willing to taste test for authenticity if required.

He puts himself to the task.

He is willing to chew on an idea for awhile.

He distributes the papers to inspect every entry.

The last tidbit of his treat reveals the winner.

Caramel cutie has a blog called Style and Everything in Between. She has been working on a thirty day challenge to explore her favorite things. I do that painted Lady fingers as well, which results in many posts about nail polish.

A special thanks to my sister Claire and her daughters, Julianna and Shannon. My niece Shannon assisted by sitting with me and cutting the contest entries into thin strips. She also prepared the hot dogs for Max. Julianna helped wrangle the other animals so Max could have the spotlight and the hot dogs.
