Hello ladies,
Today's look was created as an homage to the wicked vixens among us. If you aren't a wicked vixen all year round, this manicure would be a great accessory for Halloween festivities or a date night.
I began with Nubar Sensual Red as a base. From design plate T32, I stamped the vixens in black Konad special polish. To illustrate flames, I adhered three gold beads to the pitchfork tines. I placed a silver Moon in the background.
I can't quite decide what this squirrel is doing amidst mayflowers and plum tomatoes. Something wicked, perhaps?

A crystal skull is a necessary accoutrement.

The first turning tree.
I love how Sensual Red glows when the sun touches it. The formula is difficult to classify. Sensual Red is more opaque than a jelly and glassier than a creme. It took three coats for opacity. The application was simple and the dry time fast.
I will also note that Sensual Red has excellent wear time. I first applied this polish Saturday morning. Although I did a refresher coat today before adding the design elements, there was no real sign of wear.
Nubar Sensual Red was sent to me for review. This shade along with the rest of the Risque Reds Collection can be purchased at bynubar.com.
Image plate T32 was provided for my consideration. To view the full line of nail art stamping plates, please visit chez-delaney.com. For a chance to win four Halloween and autumn theme design plates, stop by Trick-or-Polish?: A Halloween Giveaway. The giveaway ends October 18th.
Happy painting, ladies!
