NOTD - HYPNOTIC SWIRLS

This is my mani for today. I really wanted to try out that black polish from the Betty Boop collection on a konad design. I think it worked out pretty good! I did notice though that it left faint stains on my stamper that won't come off. That black polish is powerfully loaded with pigment people!

Sorry for the oil spill on my hands, I had to do some major clean up and the acetone dried me all out.

***There is something special in one of the pictures. Can you spot it????***

REVISITING OLD FRANKENS

Since changing my storage system by color, I came across some of my old frankens. I pulled out my GREEN shoebox (one of them, lol) and saw a couple of frankens and thought I would put them on again. I found Monster Mash (this totally fits in w/ the Halloween theme this month!) and Getcha Money Right (lol, LOVE this name!).

NOTD - FLAKEY SKULLS

lol!! Sort of sounds like dandruff doesn't it? Here is my nail of the day. All I did was a layer of Nfu Oh # 54 over the top.

NOTD - ANOTHER FUNKY FRENCH

This is my NOTD - well, actually, my NOTLFD (nail of the last few days). GASP!! I know, I feel bad when I wear the same polish for longer than a day. I really feel like I have laid down on my job around here! This is similar to the one I did on my sister, with a few small changes. For the base I used Diamond Cosmetics - Angelic. Then I used my konad and Nfu Oh - #63 for the fishnet pattern. I then used TiNS - The Mars for the french tips. I used a So Easy Stripe Rite pen for the silver line.

(Forgot to include the Nfu Oh for this picture, sorry!)

Some sun shots, and as you can see there is some tip wear, since I wore this for like 2 days!!!!

"SKUNKY" FRENCH

I gave this the name "skunky" french because it STINKS! :) This looked so much better in my head. I think the problem is I had to apply to many coats of the Nfu Oh to make it the right color on the nail beds. Doing that caused this to have too many flakies and it sort of blurred the black french tips I had done. The black tips actually showed up much better in the pics than it did in person. So this was my attempt at some nail art last night, which went terrible! lol
