I'm Not Lying I love Nail Polish...

Okay, I have one more crackle mani to show you for this week.  This time I layered OPI Black Shatter horizontally.  It gave it a new spin on the crack look.  It looks like I had my nails under one of those lie detector machines.  Doesn't it? Lol!

Chromnad on Shatter

I stopped in CVS to pick up a few items and saw  the Sally Hansen Chrome Color Quick Fast Dry Nail Color Pens.  Mind you these aren't cheap they were $9.49 (shaking my head) .  To my surprise I scan one the price popped up $2.37 yep there on sale!  Yay!  I saw another display that had a silver one, but unfortunately that display was not on sale.  Oh well, I'll keep checking for that one to go on sale.  These are awesome for konading.  I love them. (hugs pens)

I enjoyed my Go Green Friday's mani (here) so much I didn't want to take it off.  So to prolong it I used my konad plate M65 and the Gold Chrome pen . 

My ring finger was the first one I did...not quite centered :/

I can't wait to try other konad designs over BS

Go Green Friday! Don't Mess With OPI/Shatter

Good Morning Lovely Nail Beautiquers, I hope you are staying warm and safe.  What is going on with all this bad weather?  In my neck of the woods its nice and warm.   I picked up some of the OPI Texas Collection the other day mainly the Sorbets, that's what OPI is calling them.  Are you getting any from this collection?  Which ones did you pick up?

Take a Look at these 

The one on the left is 'Jade is the new black' from the Hong Kong Collection.  It's a little more blue then 'Don't mess with OPI' from the Texas Collection. They are close but you can see the difference better in real life then what the picture is showing you. 

  

Don't Mess With OPI makes me think of green grass. I'm ready for spring! What am I complaining about it already feels like spring in O-town.  The formula is buttery smooth.  The first coat was sorta jell-ish or sorbet-ish.  Used 2 coats.

I sure hope you aren't tired of Crackle/Shatter. Lol!  I may use up my entire bottle. 

I applied Black Shatter thick to get the large cracks.

  

I got so many compliments that my friends thought I painted on a design. This is the easiest design to put on  with little effort.

Going Green Tip: Don't Rinse - Skip rinsing your plates before putting them into the dishwasher. In average you will save 15 gallons of water per load. Plus, you will save time.

I added the white lines using LA Colors Art Deco nail art lacquer

Applying Black Shatter thick makes larger cracks.  I'm addicted to C R A C K.  ~_^

Blue Monday, Bye Bye Talons, Hello Shorties

Good Morning, Can you believe it's the end of the month already?  I was asked were my nails real.  Yes, they are real  I don't wear acrylics or press ons.  I had a couple of breaks so I  had to cut back the talons.  Hello Shorties. Lol!  It's all good though.  I don't mind it.  They always grow back, right.  Polishing is much more quicker for me now. 

I got my OPI Katy Perry Collection.  So, I choose to start with 'Last Friday Night'  Come to find out I have several dupes to this one. Take a look.

 I seriously need to be patient and look over my collection before I buy and check for dupes.  Doesn't it seem like there has been lots of dupes lately?

Here are my shorties and Last Friday Night. 

I used 2 coats, just refused to put on a 3rd.  I should have put on a blue base polish before putting this one on. If I did probably would have gotten away with 1 coat.

Lots of colored glitter, green, blue, yellow & purple

Black Shatter!!

I love this crackle polish.  It cracks so quickly.  More pictures.

Without topcoat. I thought I polished down to my tips. It must have cracked back. (cracked back. Lol)

So, if you already have the dupes to Last Friday Night you don't need it.  But, you have to get Black Shatter.  I know some of you don't like crackle polish...you must give Black Shatter a try.  I think it's pretty cool :D
