Wet N Wild Copa Cabana

Good Morning, I dabbled in my draw and pulled out these two bright and cheery colors from Wet N Wild Craze Collection.  Copa and Cabana.  Copa is a creme that went on so smooth and only required 2 coats.  I hand painted it on across the nail on one side. Cabana is a really really gorgeous glitter/shimmer that is smooth on the nail.  It glows in the sun.  I applied 2 coats.

Here I used  konad plate M8 along with konad special polish white.  It makes me think of a water sprinkler. I added on some black rhinestones.

The Wet n Wild Color Craze Collection have some great colors.  The bottles are so cute.   I should have tried to create the design on the bottle cap.

Do you have these?  Which colors/finishes are your favorites?

Until next time please have a great nail polish day. (✿◠‿◠) Share/Bookmark

Blue Monday, Ocean Breeze with Nailart

Blue Monday by Annie Lee

Good Morning Nail Beautiquers,  I hope you had a lovely weekend.  Last night I was trying to decide on what to put on as far as polish.  I roamed around in one of my drawers and pulled out Loreal Ocean Breeze from the LE Passport to Paradise Summer Collection 2010.  It's a lovely deep sky blue.  I thought it was a creme.  It's a jelly!  I get so excited when I get a jelly.  It surely is one of my favorite finish.

3 coats were used

Trying to be alittle creative with some nailart.  These are the goodies I used:

Sunny Yellow,  Silver Glitter, White, Silver, Blue Moon

I hope you enjoyed my Blue Monday

Until next time please have a great nail polish day. (✿◠‿◠) Share/Bookmark

A Funky French Crackle

I went to dollar tree and found a couple of old school Cover Girl Crackles.  For this mani  I waited for my base color to dry before putting on the crackle polish.  Did you find these?  Which colors?  Which do you prefer a cracking glass effect or a shatter effect?

Sinful Pink Forever and CoverGirl Ghost Crackle

It took some patience for this crackle to crack.  I waited at least 7-8 mins. It wasn't easy to clean up either  but, it was well worth it.

Here is my  Funky French Crackle
On my tips I used Wet N Wild Black Creme

Strawberry Swirl...Hmm!

Until next time please have a great nail polish day. (✿◠‿◠) Share/Bookmark

Vogue's Black Pearl??

This picture was featured in Vogue's Magazine.  We can only wish it looked like this.

Picture courtesty of Body and Soul

Macro picks up everything I thought I cleaned up well. Lol!  Apparently not :)

After seeing Body and Soul blog Post on the Vogue Magazine featuring Chanel's Black Pearl I thought I could replicate the look.

These are the items I used.  I sponged each one on like so. (click to get a closer look)

 The real Black Pearl

Nothing like Vogue's Picture, huh.  So, What do you think? Maybe next time I'll do a full mani on the fake look.

Until next time please have a great nail polish day. (✿◠‿◠) Share/Bookmark

An Inspired Mani By Chloe's Nails

I am so inspired by fellow blogger Chloe0602.  She is such a sweet heart and she is well known on MUA/nailboard for her scotch tape mani's. Her nails are gorgeous! Before I took off 'My Kind Of Cool Aid' I wanted to give her method a try.  I cut strips of tape like so and applied them to my nails, then painted Wet n Wild black creme over the tape. Once done immediately and carefully remove the tape strips one by one.  And, there you have it :D

I'm so happy how it turned out.  Just like you Chloe I couldn't leave well enough alone; so I put on a coat of glitter Love My Nails 'Angel Baby'.  Ladies these topcoat glitters are so cheap in price and are amazing. Don't pass them up.  You can get them from Walmart or you can order them. Check my left side bar under online nail polish links 'Bari Cosmetics' has Love My Nails.

Chloe,  thank you for this inspiration.

Until next time please have a great nail polish day. (✿◠‿◠) Share/Bookmark

NYX Asphalt layered with Wet N Wild Black Creme

Good Morning to you on this hump day Wednesday! NYX named this polish Asphalt doesn't look like Asphalt to me.  Or,  maybe they mean its Asphalt with bling. Didn't know this polish was sheer it took 4 coats...sorry for the tip wear...wore this polish a few days before I took pictures and I didn't wrap my tips. Oops!

                                  Asphalt
I decided to try this again layered with  back.
I think wet n wild black creme is an incredible 1 coater super shiny black polish. Can't beat it for $1.00.  I hear that Illamasqua Boosch is the best black creme on the market. Maybe one day I'll purchase it and whenever I do it better knock my socks off! Lol! Somebody tell me who owns Boosch is it all that and a bag of chips?

I think Asphalt looks alot better layered and only needed
1 coat
Flower back ground is some type of Elephant Ear.  They come back every summer.

My friend just started a blog. Please check her out here

Until next time please have a great nail polish day ^_^

Wet N Wild Craze Collection-Inferno!!! Burn Baby Burn!!

As I was sitting in the truck waiting on DH, A car pulled up along side and I said to myself "WOW!! thats a pretty color". I pulled out my trusty camera and took a picture. (click click )  I couldn't wait to get home to check my stash for a match.  I pulled out Wet n Wild Inferno. ♪Burn baby burn, Disco Inferno♪...remember that song 1976 The Trammps. lol!!  (Am I telling my age)

Wet n Wild may be cheap in price, but they apply like butta with 2 coats

See the gold flash of color

1 coat of China Glaze Orange Marmalade topped it off with a little shimmer

Do you look at cars/trucks and think about what polishes you have to match?
Have a great nail polish day (*_*)
